More than just dessert
The Fat Dough was born from two lifelong passions: baking and sport.
My love for baking began at twelve, creating cakes and desserts for family and friends. During a challenging phase of life, the kitchen became my place of comfort and creativity, inspiring me to pursue pastry professionally.
After training in classical French pastry at Ferrandi Paris and specialising in egg-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and plant-based baking, I set out to create desserts that are both indulgent and inclusive.
Today, The Fat Dough is all about bringing people together through thoughtfully crafted desserts made with care, quality ingredients, and plenty of heart.
